If you’re looking for a new challenge that exposes you to the entire supply of paid media services, working on an awesome portfolio of clients (e-commerce mostly) alongside a hands-on manager, then we want to hear from you.


Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Full campaign management of paid media channels (social media, search, shopping, display and video)
    • Accurate budget management across all channels and campaigns
    • Effective campaign optimisation to achieve performance targets and improve current campaigns
    • Research, testing and trend monitoring to assist develop digital paid media strategies
    • Assess, plan, setup and regularly test campaign tracking funnels / conversions
    • Post campaign analysis, analytical media reporting with insights and recommendations
    • Thorough knowledge of all campaign details (targeting, settings, creative, conversions etc.)


Requirements

Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Budget control - ensure accurate pacing to budget end dates and correct amounts are spent
    • Targeting feedback analysis and action (search term & placement reports)
    • Analyse all current targeting criteria and regularly provide opportunities to improve
    • Ensure conversion tracking is reporting correctly
    • Post campaign reporting (prepare, populate data and comment on performance)
    • Attend webinars, training programs and stay current to increase paid media knowledge
    • Review and analyse account settings (bids, settings, targeting, preferences, demographics etc.)
    • Collaborate with social media, creatives and client service to ensure alignment and guide media criteria
    • Review new implementations when data is available and provide feedback on the results
    • Troubleshoot problems, investigate issues and provide solutions

You should have:
    • 2+ years in a paid media manager role
    • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video and Shopping)
    • Google Analytics certification
    • Meta Blueprint (advantageous)
