TLC Worldwide Africa celebrates the success of its 2025 TLC Gives Back initiative

TLC Worldwide Africa is proud to announce the successful completion of its 2025 TLC Gives Back initiative, held on 2 November 2025 at the DP World Wanderers Stadium. This year’s event brought together 70 children from three local orphanages for a day of cricket, creativity, and community under the inspiring theme 'Motivate'.

Building on the momentum of the original announcement, the wrap-up highlights the heart of the campaign: empowering children through movement, mindset, and meaningful engagement. Every activity, whether on the field or in creative sessions, was designed to spark confidence, nurture resilience, and encourage each child to believe in their ability to achieve more.

The children enjoyed a full day of activities, including motivational talks from members of the upcoming women’s and men’s Lions cricket players, who shared powerful messages about believing in oneself and rising above challenging circumstances. The cricket match was a standout moment, filling the stadium with excitement and joy, while the volunteer-led creative and sporting activities kept the children engaged, inspired, and smiling throughout the day.

The initiative once again formed a key pillar of TLC Worldwide Africa’s 2025 Responsible Marketing commitments. For TLC, Responsible Marketing means using the company’s platform as a force for good, creating impact that extends beyond campaigns and into real, lasting community upliftment. Now in its fourth consecutive year supporting these same orphanages, TLC Gives Back continues to drive long-term development, connection, and hope.
