In the latest Dulux advert, a photo of Happy Sindane - the teenager who claims he was abducted from a white family and raised in a township - appears above the tagline: "Any colour you can think of".
Is Dulux pushing it?
In the process, Happy's rights have been violated - he is under the protection of the State and has been classified as a minor - and the process of establishing his identity has been trivialised.
Dulux could now face possible legal charges.
Do you think the whole issue is just a storm in a teacup, or do you think Dulux deserves to be rapped for their insensitivity?
