Heart 104.9 has secured exclusive broadcast rights to the weekly BBC programme 'Inside the Premier League'. A key feature of the station's popular 'The Beautiful Game' show, it is set to give Cape Town listeners a privileged insider's insight into all the Premier Soccer League action for the duration of the season.
The launch of Inside the Premier League is timed to coincide with the season kick off on the 19th of August 2006. It will air every Monday between 13:30 and 14:00 on Cape Town's adult contemporary commercial station, as another exciting feature for its weekly multi-cultural audience of more than half a million.

'The Beautiful Game' is hosted by award-winning sports journalist Nick Fienberg and popular presenter Koketso Sachane. The Inside The Premier League feature will be included in the show. It features regular topical pieces like Hero and Villain of the Week. Vital statistics will also be fed to die-hard followers of all the major teams.
