Now in its eighth year,
eLearning Africa will one again bring together a wide range of perspectives on ICT for development, education and training and takes place in Windhoek, Namibia, starting on Wednesday, 29 May and running until Friday, 31 May 2013 - under the theme 'Policy and Innovation in Education in Africa'.
Tradition, Change and Innovation are the overall themes for eLearning Africa 2013, but the main focus of the conversations that will take place is on local innovation in education, on tablets, mobiles and MOOCs; on healthcare delivery and on livelihoods and agriculture, especially for rural communities.
This year our focus will be on innovation and we are all really proud that some of the most exciting and innovative new solutions in education have been pioneered and developed in Africa - Rebecca Stromeyer, founder of eLearning Africa and executive director of organisers, ICWE.
A team from the South African College of Business will be attending and we're expecting to publish the latest updates with all the happenings from the conference - so if this is your interest, you know where to come.
