About the roleWe are looking for a Client Portfolio Lead to manage delivery across a portfolio of client accounts. You will sit between the client and our internal team, keeping projects on track through clear communication, practical coordination, and consistent follow-through.
You will need to be comfortable in a fast-moving digital environment where briefs, channels, and priorities can shift quickly.
This role suits someone who is organised, confident with clients, and comfortable owning outcomes without needing constant direction.
Candidates must have access to their own reliable laptop or computer, as equipment is not provided.
Key responsibilitiesClient communication- Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients
- Keep clients updated on progress, timelines, and next steps
- Follow up on approvals, feedback, and outstanding information
- Run client meetings and capture actions clearly
- Raise risks or delays early, with practical solutions ready
Internal delivery- Brief internal team members on deliverables.
- Own project timelines and hold the team to deadlines
- Track actions across multiple active projects simultaneously
- Spot blockers early and help remove them
- Make sure responsibilities are clear across the team at all times
Quality and reporting- Review digital outputs before they reach the client to ensure they fit with company quality standards.
- Check that work matches the brief, meets quality standards, and is ready to go live
- Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports
- Maintain project trackers and meeting notes
- Give leadership a clear view of project status when needed
What we are looking forWe are looking for someone with experience in client service, account management, project coordination, marketing delivery, or digital project management. You do not need to be a channel specialist, but you do need to understand how marketing works, moves from brief to delivery.
You will be well suited to this role if you can:- Communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams
- Manage several deadlines at the same time without dropping detail
- Follow up consistently and proactively, not passively
- Spot delivery risks before they become bigger problems
- Keep meetings focused and ensure actions are captured
- Review work carefully and give useful, clear feedback
- Stay composed when priorities shift
- Have worked in a digital-first environment and understand how campaigns, content, and digital channels move from brief to live

Experience in a digital agency, marketing consultancy, creative agency, media team, or campaign delivery environment would be a strong advantage.
