The Role:
We’re looking for someone who can think, craft, and execute.
You’ll be working across a mix of brands and briefs, from conceptual campaigns to high-volume rollout and owning work from idea through to final delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing strong conceptual and design solutions across briefs
- Delivering high-quality work consistently and efficiently
- Taking ownership of projects from concept to final output
- Collaborating with the Creative Leads and team when needed
- Managing multiple briefs without dropping the ball
What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience in an advertising/marketing environment
- Strong portfolio (branding and design craft should be obvious)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bonus: After Effects / Premiere
- Strong conceptual thinking (non-negotiable)
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay accountable
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure
