Called Z9 Resort, the units offer private on-land accommodation and cosy raft spaces. Each building utilises natural ventilation, and the shapes and colours intimately blend in with the mountain and lake view.

Its sustainable design approach is based on the '3R' concept of reduce, reuse and recycle. The reuse and recycle concepts refer to the use of existing wood as part of the decor from the existing resort. In terms of reducing its environmental footprint, very few site contour adjustments were made on the units, and light-weight materials were used to build the resort structures. Closed-circuit water treatment was installed to treat the water before drainage into the lake.
