Naidoo is the Group Managing Director and Board Member of the ABN Group (along with other titles such as Chairperson of the ABN Education Trust) and is currently responsible for the overall operations of the ABN Group.
Roberta, who is studying her Masters in Business Administration, is a member of the International Women's Media Foundation, as well as the Business Women's Association of South Africa.

Naidoo currently runs the TV department of an advertising production company and works on TV commercials. Over the past 10 years, he has gained experience in TV, radio and print media. Naidoo empowers and manages his team by encouraging his crew to take ownership of their individual roles.
