Every year, in celebration of its birthday, POPArt recreates the same event that started it off: 24 Hours in the City. For this event, several creatives are brought together to bring audiences a few brand-new short theatre pieces that are created and produced over 24 hours and staged at the Market Theatre Lab.
The proceeds go toward bursaries for students at the Market Theatre Lab.
Tickets can be purchased on POPArt’s site for R100 or you can choose to donate any amount. There will also be SnapScan and Payfast facilities for donations on-site.
