Marketing & Media Africa

Celebrating #AfricaMonth

We're well into #AfricaMonth on Bizcommunity.com and Bizcommunity.Africa, and you will find all the content across all 18 industry sectors that Bizcommunity.com is active in, in our special #AfricaMonth section.
There's a new generation emerging on the continent and experts believe this digital-born and digital-first young generation represent hope for Africa's future. Their consumer behaviour and spending patterns will shape business and society in Africa like never before. The World Bank has listed the top 10 economies showing growth in 2018 - and none of the traditional powerhouses are on it, as South Africa, Nigeria and Angola, are still deemed to be in economic recovery.
Also in honour of Africa Day on 25 May, an #AfricanLanguagesDay campaign has been launched to include more African languages on social media platforms like Twitter.
Then, the best African film at #FCAT2018 has been chosen; as well as the best African films of all time!

Have a great week!
Louise Marsland
