• Identify, select and modify training resources to meet the needs of learners with varying background, learning styles and special need.
• Provide a positive environment in which learners are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process.
• Maintain an effective and efficient record-keeping .
• Communicate effectively, both orally and writing, with learners, colleagues and other professionals on a regular basis.

• Meet program performance goals.
