CA Global is in the field of recruitment, offering a full spectrum of services tailor-made to suit the requirements of individual assignments with about 90% of their recruitment activities covering the African continent.

The deal aims to strengthen and enlarge the client bases of both organisations across Africa, including both permanent and temporary services and spur growth.
Based in Cape Town, Mauritius and Angola, with support staff in France, CA Global Group has an extensive social and professional media footprint throughout Africa, with established licences for Mozambique. Honey explains that they work on contract for numerous clients, and are a multilingual operation with staff fluent in French and Portuguese.
According to CA Global Group MD Bradley Barr, the partnership offers them the backing of ADvTECH Resourcing, which will see CA Global Group's aggressive growth strategy accelerate as they become part of a multi-brand organisation expanding into niche market sectors.
"The objective for both ADvTECH Resourcing and CA Global Group is to jointly and speedily strengthen our presence and reach in Africa," says Honey.
The deal includes the acquisition of Africa HR Solutions - a business headquartered in Mauritian offering employment solutions for clients who wish to enter into Africa. This allows the company to operate while being fully compliant.
