Annual Food Fashion Music Fest in Durban

The fourth annual Food Fashion Music Festival is eight days away and will feature fashion runway shows, live performances, local food and various other unique activations situated on Durban's beachfront.

The festival takes place on Saturday 17 December and brings together the Ethekwini Parks and Recreation in partnership with local promoter Silver Spoon. The event is open to the whole family and hopes to attract over 15,000 members of the public.

“This year the city has decided to go huge: different venue, various SA talent and much more activity to include fun for the whole family. Having moved to a more central location in the city, we hope to attract a lot more people to enjoy the local fusion of food, fashion and music all in one place,” says Ethekwini Parks and Recreation official Amanda Bani. ‘With famous faces like JSomething joining our local celebs Scoop Makhathini, Nomalanga Shozi, Zolani Shangase, Aewon Wolf and Sbahle Mpisane, it’s a guaranteed fun-filled entertainment destination for all.
